Time for a Liquid BBL UPDATE 📍Essential Me Aesthetics and Wellness after about $15,000+ spent with this establishment , they start to ignore your texts/calls for an updated consultation !

As you all know I’ve gotten Fillers last year When I got back from Thailand 🇹🇭 . They do say that there’s no downtime with them (which is a lie) . The first round of liquid bbl I received from them was done by Courtney . Me and my husband both got a procedure done by her that day , & Courtney injection technique actually caused my Husband to Passout and Have a mini Seizure ! (ALL ON VIDEO) . After that , i proceeded with my Injections and was Satisfied initially because i was told its just swelling and it will go down and even out (which it didnt) my hips were uneven . Courtney didn’t make sure the Filler was evenly dispersed . I contacted them to have the issue fixed (Courtney didnt take any accountability and sent a fake apology letter) and Dreka welcomed me to have the issue fixed (for free) . The results still were uneven & not to my liking , causing me to spend a few more thousand dollars ! I continued to work with this clinic because it’s black owned and people deserve a chance . The results finally was what I desired to achieve thousands later . I then ended up going to get another round of Liquid BBL for projection this April . The healing of the injection site took 2 months to close up & heal , and was continuously leaking FILLER until it did close up . I had to go to the hospital to get an MRI/ Cat scan to make sure my healing was going good , being that they gaslighted me most of the time and acted like I was over exaggerating . They failed to say that this could happen after getting multiple rounds , and they also failed to mention that projection filler is a different healing process than hip filler . During this last round of filler , it has been a roller coaster ! It’s going on 3 months since I had the filler , and neither the owner or the injector are responding to any of my concerns after receiving THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS . Beware if you decide to work with this place involving fillers , they’ll continue to take your money & after the procedures will FAIL to respond . I gave them grace to respond to my concerns as far as this process , & they still FAILED to give a proper timely professional response .

If you want Fillers done , just go to a Real Plastic surgeon …. Cause these “Medspas” just see you as a number . I had clients wanting to fly out just to book with them , NEVER AGAIN .

I will not be giving grace to a business any longer just because they’re “Black owned” .
